The United Cities and Local Governments of Africa(UCLG-Africa) and the Seoul Human Resources Development Center(SHRDC) have decided to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as “MOU”) to promote and enhance their relationships, collaboration and partnership. The Official Ceremony of signature of the MoU took place on Saturday, October 05, 2019 at the Headquarters of the United Cities and Local Governments of Africa(UCLG Africa), in Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco.
