UCLG Africa through its African Local Governments Academy (ALGA) organised a study tour for a delegation of 16 people from the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) from 31 October to 5 November 2019 in Morocco. The delegation was led by Honourable Mr ALABI Kolade David, President of ALGON and Honourable Mr ATEGBERO Michael Odunayo, Chairman, ALGON Board of Trustees.
