On the occasion of the Annual Conference of the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA) 2022 on the theme “Implementing and promoting Effective Governance Principales to Leave No One, No place behind”, which takes place in Rabat in the Kingdom of Morocco from 25 to 29 July 2022, the ALGA Academy of UCLG Africa and ADEME are organising a test training from 26 to 28 July 2022. 

The organization of this Test Session falls within the framework of the Partnership Agreement established between UCLG Africa through its ALGA Academy and the French Agency for Ecological Transition (ADEME).

In this framework, a Module was developed on “Elaboration and Implementation of a Climate Plan at the Local Level” which both Partners agreed to adapt and adjust to the African context.

The objective of the Module is to strengthen the capacities of African territorial agents and executives on the management and animation of a Climate and Energy approach at the territorial level.
