Organisation of a Side Event in collaboration with ICESCO on “Improving effective Delivery of Services at Local Level: Challenges and Innovative Approaches”, Baku, Azerbaijan, 25 June 2019
In the framework of the United Nations Public Service Award and Forum, organized by the UNDESA and the Republic of Azerbaijan, from 24 to 26 June 2019, the Director of the African Local Governments Academy (ALGA) of UCLG Africa, Dr Zarrouk was invited to make a presentation on the issue of Human Rights at the Local Level.
The Academy also organised a Side Event on 25 June 2019 in collaboration with ICESCO on “Improving effective Delivery of Services at Local Level: Challenges and Innovative Approaches”.
