UCLG Africa through its African Local Governments Academy (ALGA) prepared and organised a study tour of a Delegation of the ASAN Agency of Azerbaijan (2 persons) with the objective of exchanging on the 2022 action plan. As a reminder, ASAN has signed a partnership agreement with UCLG-Africa since 2017. The delegation was led by Mr. Abdul Aliyev, Head of the International Relations Department.
