The Observatory for Decentralized Cooperation launches an online course on “Decentralized Cooperation”. This course offers a specialization straddling international relations and cooperation; and it is closely linked to the themes of local development and governance
It offers 35 places for each of the linguistic arrangements (Spanish, English and French) and is entirely financed by the Council of the Province of Barcelona, therefore, participation is free. The duration of the training is 3 months (23 September 2019 – 15 December 2019) and the workload is 60 hours. The end of the pre-registration period is September 15, 2019.

The course is aimed primarily at the technical and political leaders of international relations and development cooperation of local and regional public administrations. The participation of professionals with different profiles, but in connection with decentralized cooperation programs, is also encouraged.
