Based on its willing to integrate the Cultural Diversity in its vision and governance, and within its Action Plan 2020, the African Local Governments Academy (ALGA) of the United Cities and Local Governments of Africa (UCLG Africa) is honored to inform you of the launch of a Training Cycle on “Local Governance” in Arabic language from 06 to 17 April 2020 in Ifrane, Kingdom of Morocco.

The Training Cycle is composed of 5 Training Module:

1. The fundamental  concepts and principles of Decentralization and Local Governance,

2. Local Finance,

3. Human Resources Management at the local level,

4. The Organization and Management of Local Public Services.

5. The Decentralized Cooperation.
